Oaklawn in Marshall, MI seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across all nursing process phases. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate with critical thinking, directing the nursing care team and collaborating with disciplines to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include timely documentation in the EMR, patient and family education, and adherence to infection prevention standards.

Formación

• Successful completion of a program in nursing.
• Current licensure in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or within specified timeframes.
• Experience with nursing assessments, care planning, and IV/medication administration.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations using evidence-based practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for patients across all phases of the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with critical thinking.
• Direct and supervise nursing care team including CNAs and LPNs.
• Document patient care, progress and responses to treatment in EMR timely.
• Educate patients and families; follow infection prevention standards and policies.
