Job summary

You will supervise care teams, document patient progress in the EMR, collaborate with other disciplines, follow safety and infection prevention standards, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification; ACLS within three months of hire.
• Completion of Hard cuff Restraints and Soft Limb Restraints certification within two months and annual recertification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using critical thinking and the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Supervise nursing care team including CNAs and LPNs.
• Document patient care, condition, and response to treatment in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
• Follow infection prevention standards and safety protocols.
