Job summary

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, documentation and timely administration of medications as ordered. The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of healthcare facility experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear and active Registered Nurse license to practice in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use standard office/clinical software.
• BSN preferred; 1–3 years hospital/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient and/or resident care utilizing the nursing process in line with policies.
• Performs timely assessments and prioritizes data within 24 hours of admission.
• Evaluates patient status and adjusts plans with the care team.
• Documents care, interventions and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Maintains supplies, medications and equipment securely.
• Responds to call lights and participates in interdisciplinary rounds.
