Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Missouri is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team and deliver quality nursing care to patients. You will assess patient needs, revise care plans, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs while adhering to all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities include implementing department programs, communicating effectively with the care team, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients; concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
