Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse in Oklahoma to manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process. May float to other units and participate in on-call status as required. Adheres to safety goals and population-specific competencies. Reports to a manager, director, or vice president.

The role requires coordination of care, supervision of staff, and mentorship of team members. Physical demands may include restraints and other duties per risk management guidance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC member state.
• BLS certification required; Hospice may require CPR instead of BLS.
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.

Education

RN licensure (Oklahoma or eNLC member state)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CPR (Hospice only, in lieu of BLS)

CHPN (Preferred)
