Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a night shift, PRN Staff Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center to join our patient‑centered care team. You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on‑call status.

A current Oklahoma RN license (or multistate eNLC), BLS within 30 days of hire, and at least 2 years of RN experience are required; additional certifications may be needed per service line.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments
• Development of the plan of care

• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
• Reports to the appropriate manager, director, or VP
• May have additional physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements
• May float to other units and be on call

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units. May be required to participate in on call status. This position requires population specific competencies.

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• May float to other units. May be required to be on call status.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience
• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
