Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and compile databases for nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate patient care and discharge planning with the team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient status and care plans in the medical records and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Provide patient education and participate in the Nurse Residency Program (NRP) sessions.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership of program requirements and completion.
