Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses using the Nursing Process.
• Plan and update individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with the health team and family.
• Educate patients and families and provide discharge planning.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff as applicable.
