Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency participation with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing care according to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and ensure safe transitions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document findings and interventions.
• Provide patient/family education and support throughout care continuum.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning in daily practice.
