• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
• Directs and oversees care by delegating, validating, evaluating, and coordinating among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

Education

BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire

National Certification in area of specialty preferred
