Job summary

Highline Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. You will provide RN nursing services, potentially supervise nurse assistants, and perform medication passes and treatments.

The role supports a warm, collaborative environment focused on residents and their families. Candidates must hold an active CO RN license and be able to work multiple shifts, including full-time and PRN opportunities.

Highline Post Acute a Registered Nurse!

Shifts:
Full-time 6am-2pm on Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Full-time 6am-2pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Part-time 2pm-10pm on Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Part-time 10pm-6am on Sunday & Wednesday
PRN 6am-2pm
PRN 2pm-10pm
PRN 10pm-6am
PRN must work at least 2 shifts per month including at least 1 weekend shift per month

Successful candidates:

Current unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Rate: $40-$50/hour
