Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Park River, ND. The role supports residents by applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with families and an inter-disciplinary team.

The position is part-time (24 weekly hours) with a day shift. Requires RN licensure; Bachelor's degree preferred, with comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assess needs and provide education.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff as needed.
