Job summary

Lenape Valley Foundation's Lodge in Bristol, PA is seeking a Residential Aide for the Adult Crisis Residential Program. The part-time overnight role supports guests on their recovery journey, provides compassionate mental health care, and helps maintain a safe, structured residential environment.

You will work with the treatment team to monitor guests, assist with daily living activities, document changes in health, and coordinate transportation or community resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct mental health care experience OR equivalent education/training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide guests toward achieving their personal and treatment goals.
• Crisis Stabilization- maintaining vigilance and responding to residents' needs and emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of guest information across personal, familial, social, vocational and cultural areas.
• Observe, respond and document changes in guests' mental and physical health.
• Provide direct assistance to guests with finances, resources and community supports.
• Communicate with the Treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in recreational activities/groups.
• Provide transportation and on-site support for off-site services as part of treatment.
• Administer and monitor medication according to protocol.
• Facilities operations and upkeep.

The Lodge is Bucks County's first Crisis Residential Program, filling a critical gap in local mental health services. As a Resident Aide, you will be fostering Recovery and Wellness in a supportive residential setting by enhancing lives through compassionate mental health support and client engagement. We are currently searching for an individual to work part-time overnight shifts in our Bristol location.

What You Bring

Your Role
