Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vi at Grayhawk in Scottsdale, AZ to provide compassionate, resident-focused care. You will perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments, while supervising nursing staff and fostering strong relationships with residents, families and the health-care team.

Qualified applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Arizona, CPR and First Aid certifications, and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current State RN licensure in the practicing state.
• Working knowledge of long-term care.
• Current CPR certification per AHA/Red Cross.
• Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience preferred.
• Experience or education in elderly care preferred.
• Courteous and professional interactions with others.
• Resident- and customer-focused problem solving.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents including assessment and planning.
• Perform diagnosis, outcome identification, care planning and evaluation.
• Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with residents, families and health-care team.
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse - RN As an RN you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role also involves the supervision of several talented staff members as well as establishing relationships with the resident, family and other members of the health care team.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing is required.
• Has a working knowledge of long-term care.
• Current CPR certification as approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly is preferred.
• All applicants must maintain a courteous andprofessional manner through interactions with others.
• Use a residentand customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
