IU Health in Carmel, IN is seeking an RN with at least 1 year of experience to join the Spine Program. You will triage patients, support clinic operations, and help with surgery scheduling and order management across Carmel, Indianapolis, and Avon.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call weekends or holidays. ASN is required, BSN preferred; active IN RN license or NLC is needed, plus BLS. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Indiana or a valid NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
