SummitStone Health Partners in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for outpatient services. The role involves collaborative treatment planning, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating transitions of care within a behavioral health setting.

This full-time position requires an active Colorado RN license; DORA and BLS credentials; and a willingness to train new grads with interest in behavioral health and withdrawal management.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on‑going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.

Required

• Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse
• Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management

Licenses And Certifications

• Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required
• Registered Nurse License required
• Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required
• DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required
• Basic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
