Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on expanding knowledge, delivering high-quality care, and coordinating activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.

Requirements include an RN license, and 60-day BLS/CPR certification; BSN in progress is encouraged, with six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.

• Must have a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.

  BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.

• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
