Job summary

CentraCare Health’s St. Cloud Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Orthopedic Unit, a 29-bed team providing care for adults and children with joint replacements, sports injuries and fractures.

You will join an award-winning team delivering high-quality orthopedic care on a 12-hour night shift, onsite, with every-other weekend and rotating holidays. Competitive hourly pay, plus hiring and relocation bonuses for eligible candidates, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in MN required.
• BSN required within three years.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for orthopedic patients on a high-volume joint replacement unit.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to support post-operative recovery.
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care on rotating shifts.

By joining St. Cloud Hospital Orthopedics as a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll work with an award-winning team of professionals at one of Minnesota’s highest-volume joint replacement hospitals. We are a 29-bed unit that provides care for a wide range of orthopedic conditions affecting children and adults such as joint replacements, sports medicine, and fractures resulting from an accident or other trauma.

Current Openings:

• Full-time | 72 hours per two week pay period | Onsite

• 12hr night shift | 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m. shifts

• Includes every other weekend (Fri-Sun).

• Rotating holidays.

Pay:

• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour

• Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour

• Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

• Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
