- Assess the needs of individuals, families, and/or communities to identify potential health or safety problems
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms, patient condition changes, and vital signs
- Modify patient treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions
- Develop and modify patient care plans
- Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and treatments
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
- Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing/healthcare personnel

Requirements
- Associate's Degree Required
- 1 year of OR experience or completion of Periop 101 Required
- BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Required
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association Required
- RN-Registered Nurse license from DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies Required
- CNOR-Certified Nurse Operating Room Preferred
- Adherence to ANA standards of professional nursing practice and accrediting body standards
- Completion of clinical competency standards
- Ability to use medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures
- Microsoft Office Suite required
- EPIC documentation preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly
