We support a team-oriented environment with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and families. The role emphasizes compassionate care during Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on residents’ care plans.
• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the nursing team.
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

As an RN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care based on residents’ individual needs and care plans

• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and progress

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Current and active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Dependable and committed to providing high-quality resident care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team

Baylor Compensation

Work 24 hours per weekend and receive compensation equivalent to 32 hours when the full weekend schedule is completed.
