Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Aberdeen, NC is hiring an RN for our Baylor Weekend Program on the day shift. You'll work a consistent weekend schedule and enjoy enhanced earning potential while delivering high-quality resident care.

We support a team-oriented environment with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and families. The role emphasizes compassionate care during Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on residents’ care plans.
• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the nursing team.
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and adherence to policies.
