Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho is hiring an RN for the Operating Room. The role involves working 3 (12) hour night shifts (1830-0700), with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the schedule, and a 30-minute call response time for holidays. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered for new hires with OR circulator experience.

The RN will evaluate patients, assist physicians, and plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs within the Surgical Services team.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required for RN position.
• 1+ year circulator experience required for night shift.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice; BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Support perioperative cardiovascular, general, and specialty procedures.

Registered Nurse - Operating Room Twin Falls, Idaho

Surgical Services preforms the following procedures: Ortho (total joint), general surgeries, ENT, Laparoscopic, OBGYN (no babies), plastic, Urology, Vascular, Spine Surgeries, a few pain management, pediatric patients & dental.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates of Nursing Degree (ADN) or BSN
• Experience: 1+ years circulator experience is required for this night shift position
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice, BLS - CNOR preferred
