Job summary

St. Luke’s Nampa unit is seeking an OR RN Circulator to join a busy surgical team. The role requires 1+ year OR circulator experience and current RN licensure with BLS; ACLS and CNOR are highly preferred. The position is 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period) with two 10-hour shifts per week and limited weekend call.

The compensation includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with OR RN experience, and a robust benefits package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.

The Nampa unit provides, ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT services with 4 OR rooms. They also have a call team on staff, so call is very minimal for staff positions.

Sign On bonus: $4k (new hires only with OR RN experience)

Schedule: 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period), Position will work 2 (10) hour shifts per week. Variable days and variable shifts each week each week based on surgery schedule needs. There is limited weekend call 4-5 times a year as backup call. Call response time is 30 minutes.
