LifeBridge Health is seeking a registered nurse for Northwest Hospital in Maryland. The role focuses on direct, age-appropriate clinical care per shift under the unit manager, with supervision of nursing staff and accountability to the Chief Nursing Officer for high-quality patient care.
The position requires at least 1 year of OR RN experience, a Nursing Degree, and Maryland RN licensure (or eligibility) plus Basic Life Support. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential.
Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
