Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process across patient populations. The role emphasizes assessment, discharge planning, and coordinating care in a high-demand hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.

• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.

Hiring Range:

$39.89 - $87.15

(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
