The role requires prior OR experience and current RN licensure in the state, with a preference for candidates who have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include collaboration with physicians and the health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience is preferred, with refresher possible if license inactive 5+ years
