• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development, including orientation and training.
• Oversee departmental budget, monitor expenses, and manage supplies and equipment to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Handle employee relations, ethical issues, and maintain confidentiality.
• Support survey readiness and participate in committee activities.
