This role involves working in the Operating Room (OR) within a busy surgical department consisting of 11 ORs performing diverse procedures such as cysto/urology, general, GYN, robotic, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, oral, and vascular surgeries.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparing ORs by ensuring availability and proper function of instruments, supplies, implants, medications, and equipment.
• Assisting with room setup and maintaining sterile fields according to infection control standards.
• Functioning in scrub and/or circulator roles during surgeries.
• Anticipating the needs of surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams throughout procedures.
