• Provides specialized care to high-risk patients, including restraint and pain management, while adhering to safety and infection control policies.
• Maintains professional accountability by following policies, participating in ongoing education, and staying current with hospital standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating respect, empathy, and professionalism.
• Contributes to performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and quality indicators, supporting unit and hospital initiatives.
