Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Melrose, MA, seeks a skilled RN for the Operating Room to provide comprehensive surgical nursing care across ENT, General, Gynecology, Neurology, and more.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering patient care per physician orders, circulating and scrubbing, educating patients and families, and supporting discharge planning with community resources. Mentoring staff and contributing to quality improvement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience, including circulating and scrubbing roles.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
