Job summary

DayToDay Health in Springfield, MO, is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care in a fast-paced Operating Room, applying the nursing process and ensuring professional accountability.

You will maintain 1:1 patient ratios, collaborate with leaders, physicians, and staff, and support organizational growth while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with ongoing compliance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within probation.

Position Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
