Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to provide leadership and oversee personalized patient care during surgical procedures.

You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, building authentic relationships with patients and their support networks while adhering to policies and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Prior operating room experience is required.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• One year of relevant OR experience preferred.
• Inactive licenses require a board-approved refresher course.
