If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as perm staff, they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract. Swedish honors compact licenses.

Patient diagnoses include: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric; 40% Inpatient, 60% Ambulatory/Outpatient; Standard community hospital surgical cases.

Special procedures:

• Circulate: ENT, General Surgery, Total joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Post-op, Pre-op
• Scrub: Vascular

No CVOR, neuro, robotics required. Prefer RNs who can scrub proficiently, not necessarily total joints. Certifications: BCLS required, ACLS preferred.

No scrub or circulate required or preferred at the facility.
