The MetroHealth System Main Campus - Glick is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Main Campus Operating Room team. You will participate in a busy OR with 20 suites and ~40-50 cases daily, providing circulating and scrubbing support with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You'll work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays, and benefit from industry-leading tuition reimbursement, certification incentives, and OPERS retirement as a public employer in Northeast Ohio.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and eligible for Ohio RN licensure.
• Current Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain it.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers current or within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide circulating and scrubbing support in the operating room.
• Collaborate with anesthesia staff, surgeons, and technicians to ensure patient safety.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the OR setting.
• Maintain CPR/BLS compliance and adherence to OR protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
