RTO after booking is not allowed and is not permitted to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly result in cancellation and DNR.
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Charge Experience Required.
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years in Operating Room (recent OR experience within the last 6 months). Applicants with management roles or out of the acute OR setting for more than 6 months will not be considered.
Traveler Experience: Required (screening allowed if no prior travel experience).

JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 45 cases, 17 Rooms.
Shift: 36 hours only, Friday-Sunday, rotating shifts based on department needs.
Call Requirement: No call required; team will cover holidays if applicable during contract.
Float Requirement: YES, within facility and greater Winston market (KMC, TMC, CMC).
Patient Diagnoses: Candidates should have strong experience in at least 2 of these four specialties: neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, robotics.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
Prioritized specialties: 1) Neuro and Neuro Spine, 2) Ortho/Ortho Spine, 3) Vascular, 4) Robotics, with additional experience in Urology, Podiatry, Oncology GYN, and others.
Unit Systems: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR, staff meetings, communication board.
Scheduling: Unit-specific schedule (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday).
Orientation: Minimum 36 hours over three days, excluding Epic training.
Scrubs: Provided, Ceil Blue.
