Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterility and assist as needed during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure patient safety.

Shift - 10H Evening 03:00 PM - 01:30 AM, 4*10= 40hrs/ week

Weekly Pay: $3,807.

Facility: BIDMC

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any \"on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission

Must be able to circulate ortho, neuro, ent, general surgery, and kidney transplants, (liver transplant would be even better) - Scrub highly preferred

Evening shift 10 hours -13 weeks/40 hrs/week, Up to 2 weekends/month – either call (7a-7p, or 7p-7a on Sat/Sun/holidays) or working shifts. 30 min on call response time. Short call shift once a week.

Primarily based on the West Main campus but can be floated to east or CVI OR.

Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract. RTO must be approved.

Skills: Scrub and/or circulate general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma

OR West consists of 10 operating rooms and focuses on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery. The team cares for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants.

NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)

Start date: ASAP starts, 4 weeks out for compliance

Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday)

Travelers who have worked for *** as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
