Shifts are day time, with 8-hour days and on-site requirements. This contract position runs for 13 weeks, starting 9/14/2026, at 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM, with 24-hour trauma coverage expectations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience.
• Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular cases.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room for Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, and Vascular procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique.
• Collaborate with surgical team and anesthesia.

· Number of Beds : 12 OR suites including 2 CVOR's

· Unit staffing description- AORN Staffing recommendations with support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, unit secretaries.

· Type of equipment : varies per service line specialties

· Scheduling requirements: 24 hours Trauma Service, varying shift times available: 8's, 10's, 12's, alternate weekends, on call assignments

· Patient Experience requirements: Minimum of 2 yrs

Requested Skill Set: Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures.

Must have :

Procedures performed on unit: Total Joint procedures, orthopedic trauma, robotic general including bariatrics, robotic urology, Craniotomy procedures, ENT, plastics

Certifications Required: BLS/ ACLS

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
Uniform provided by facility for in house use only

· Policies and procedures available to staff open orientation but follow AORN Standards
