Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including wound care, IV therapy, and symptom management.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor for adverse reactions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, organized patient care environment adhering to infection control standards.
