Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to join the Oncology Progressive Department. The role provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensures professional accountability, and evaluates care effectiveness while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality.

This part-time night-shift position (1900–0730) typically includes three 12-hour shifts in a two-week period, with comprehensive benefits and incentives such as sign-on bonuses and bridging programs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license and valid licensure in state or compact.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and kneel.

Position Details

• Shift: Nights (1900-0730), typically scheduled for 3-12 hour shifts in a two-week period

Experienced RN Incentives

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• No Contract Required
• ASN to BSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000)
• BSN to MSN Bridging Program (up to $16,000)

Qualifications
