Mercy in Ozark, MO seeks a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Oncology Progressive Department. Full-Time, Days, 36 hours/week.

The role requires delivering patient care using the nursing process and coordinating care across departments to ensure optimal outcomes. Benefits include up to $10,000 sign-on for experienced RNs, up to $7,500 for new RNs, educational programs for BSN/MSN (up to $16,000 each), RN loan forgiveness, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license and ability to maintain licensure in the state.
• Basic Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform related duties.
