Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to join the Oncology 5500 unit in Fort Smith, AR. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Requirements: nursing program graduate (ADN, Diploma, or BSN); current AR or compact RN license; BLS and ACLS within 90 days. Sign-on bonus $10,000 for full-time; no contract. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement offerings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AS, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Hiring State or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• AHA BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Oncology 5500 Unit Details:

• Beds: 23
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Patient Population: Cancer, Blood disorders, and diabetic patients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
