Job summary

Evanston Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time/part-time staffing in Evanston, IL. The position offers 36 hours per week with hours 7:00pm–7:30am and rotating weekends.

Required: IL nursing license and BLS/CPR; BSN preferred and 1 year experience preferred. Certification in chemotherapy immunotherapy to be obtained within nine months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification required. Must obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within 9 months of hire.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: 36 hr/wk
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm ? 7:30am, rotating weekends
