Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions in Vermont seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Occupational Health team in North Clarendon. This PRN, M-F day shift position supports client locations with medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care while guiding day-to-day operations and team performance.

You will provide hands-on clinical care aligned with your training and help drive efficient clinical operations in collaboration with the Early Intervention and Safety Team.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with an occupational health focus.
• Minimum two years of experience in occupational health or related field.
• Clinical evaluation and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses with comprehensive documentation.
• Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Execute program workflows, emergency response, and return-to-work processes.
• Deliver preventative and restorative services and education to employees.
• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, and surveillance reports.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Health provider, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality employee care, driving injury prevention, and ensuring efficient clinical operations through collaboration with the Early Intervention and Safety Team. In this position, you will:

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow up
• Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments
• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

• Associate's Degree

Required License or Certificate:

• Licensed/certified LPN or RN

Required Experience:

• 2 years providing occupational health services or other related experience
