Job summary

Central Care Incorporated is seeking a Registered Nurse (Occupational Health) at Cannon Air Force Base, NM. The role offers a full-time civilian contractor position with a base rate of $50.00/hour plus $5.09/hour Health & Welfare, extensive PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays.

Expect 40-hour weeks, with on-base duties and comprehensive training in military health systems. The successful candidate will hold an RN license, possess ACEN/CCNE-accredited education, and have occupational health

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Full, current RN license in any U.S. state.
• ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Complete required EMR training and MTF orientation.
• Finish DHA and AFMHO online and hands-on training.
• Coordinate with base personnel on compensation and limited duties.
• Support OMS, Aerospace Medicine, and civilian personnel on compensation data.
• Apply knowledge of TRICARE health benefits or managed care principles.
• Operate medical equipment such as EKG units, oxygen analyzers, nebulizers.
• Administer medications per protocols and scope of practice.
• Document procedures and treatments accurately.
• Coordinate off-base referrals and educate patients on processes.
• Participate in orientation of new personnel and safety initiatives.
