Registered Nurse, Occupational Health (Night Shift)

Position Overview

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to work in Davenport, IA. This role offers an autonomous work environment with a schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday night through Saturday morning, with no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with clinical regulatory requirements.
• Providing physical evaluation programs in accordance with OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.
• Assessing patient care needs, prioritizing treatments, and maintaining patient flow.
• Evaluating and treating injuries and illnesses within the scope of practice.
• Collaborating with physicians and outside resources for further medical treatment and program development.
• Performing occupational health screenings and laboratory tests.
• Managing healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications include:

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or an Associate Degree; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required.
• At least three years of RN experience in occupational health, emergency room, or ambulatory care.
