Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated RN for the OB High Risk department in a full-time night shift. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate care across disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, documenting progress, carrying out physician orders, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Licensure and ongoing professional development are required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
