The role requires current RN licensure in Missouri, graduate of an approved School of Nursing, and certification in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or completion within probation. Night shifts (1830 to 0700) with rotation are required.

Position Overview

Type: Full-Time with rotational night shifts (1830 to 0700)

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The RN evaluates care effectiveness, maintains professional accountability, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values.
