Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Springfield/Ozark, Missouri, is seeking a full-time night shift RN to support our growing orthopedic program. This role requires providing patient care using the nursing process, coordinating care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Night shifts are essential to our surgical volume and program growth. Minimum qualifications include an RN from an accredited program (AD/diploma/BSN), active licensure in the hiring state or compact

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

MINIMUM Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
