Job summary

Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time days or nights to join a compassionate clinical team providing hands-on care, assessments, and leadership in a 61-bed skilled nursing facility.

The RN will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs and other health professionals to ensure residents receive dignified, patient-centered care; must be licensed in Maryland or multistate and hold CPR/BLS certification, with training provided for long-term

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or Multistate.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Follow all policies and procedures of the facility.
• Serves as charge nurses when assigned.
• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Attends required educational activities and meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center, a 61-bed skilled nursing facility in Catonsville, Maryland. As an RN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and patients.

About the Role

As an RN, you will be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands-on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.
