Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current CT licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within orientation.
• NCLEX must be passed within 90 days of graduation.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient‑centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes promptly.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Support professional nursing practice through collegial interactions.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Education

Graduate of accredited nursing program, CT licensure
